Advisory Portfolio Management is designed for clients who wish to retain control over investment decisions, whilst being kept informed of market trends, movements in particular stocks and the latest research.

Our Advisory Portfolio Management has been designed especially for the client who wishes to have an active involvement in investment matters.

We help you to define your investment objectives, taking into account your complete financial background and we work closely with you, providing advice on all investment matters. Our advice on your investments is based on quality research and the skills, knowledge and experience of teams of professional stockbrokers. We can monitor your portfolios using the latest technology to ensure that your objectives are met.

We ensure that we receive research on the UK and International markets from a variety of external sources. This allows our in-house analysts to develop strategies that meet your needs.

In addition to helping you set your investment objectives, we will provide advice on markets and individual investments and deal for you. All securities are held for your benefit in our nominee company, Fitel Nominees Limited and, accordingly, we are able to advise on all the necessary action in respect of rights issues, capital reorganisations, scrip dividends, takeovers and all other administration matters.

We will provide portfolio valuations every 6 months and produce a comprehensive investment report at the end of each tax year which will consist of the following:-

  • Detailed valuation of assets
  • Market Commentary
  • Schedules of transactions and capital events
  • Statements for all accounts
  • Schedule of dividends and interest
  • Composite tax certificate incorporating both dividend income and interest received
  • Capital Gains tax computation

Fees and Charges

Commissions are charged on all purchase and sale transactions and investment management fees are levied for our Advisory Portfolio Management. Please contact WH Ireland for details of commission rates, fees and other charges.
