Director/PDMR Shareholding

WH Ireland has received notification that on 12 April 2010 Lady Marland purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 43 pence each. Following this purchase, Lord Marland, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is interested in 1,365,459 Ordinary Shares (including Lady Marland's holding of 20,000 Ordinary Shares) representing approximately 6.48 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company (excluding those shares held in treasury).
