Director/PDMR Shareholding
WH Ireland has received notification that on 26 March 2010 Lord Marland, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 40 pence each. Following this purchase, Lord Marland is interested in 1,192,459 Ordinary Shares representing 5.60 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
