We offer a full range of stockbroking and investment management services.
If you wish to leave the investment decisions to our investment managers, we will agree your objectives and risk tolerances and manage the portfolio on your behalf. You will be provided with regular reviews and valuations of your investments.
Alternatively you can opt for more involvement in the portfolio management process, being involved in individual investment decisions, assisted by information and recommendations from your investment adviser.
This service is designed for those who wish to manage and monitor their own investments, but who want to retain the option to discuss markets with an Investment Adviser and receive our recommendations.
If you are looking for a swift and efficient dealing service, we can undertake your transactions using our in house dealing teams. We offer a complete dealing facility, enabling us to operate in most of the world's capital markets.
Whichever option you choose, you will have a dedicated and experienced investment adviser, who will be your personal contact at WHI.
Our service is comprehensive, including dealing, custody, consolidated tax reporting and portfolio valuation. Your investment adviser will be supported by reports from our in house analysts, as well as being able to access research from many of the top global investment houses.
Your portfolio is also available to be viewed online.
We have a dedicated Private Client Research team that writes research notes on companies from the FTSE 100 through to AIM. The team also produces a quarterly Investment Bulletin and provides an economic viewpoint for investment managers across the group.
From the 31st December 2012 WHIreland will be subject to the rules and guidelines of the Retail Distribution Review ("RDR"). WHIreland will offer RDR services on a Restricted basis. A Restricted basis is a term under the FSA's Retail Distribution Review that refers to the type of service we offer when offering advice on Retail Investment Products. Please refer to WHIreland's TOB or your Investment Manager for further clarification.
Investors should be aware that past performance is not necessarily a guide to the future and that the price of shares and other investments, and the income derived from them, may fall as well as rise and the amount realised may be less than the original sum invested. Some securities carry a greater risk than others. Clients are advised to contact their investment advisor as to the suitability of each recommendation for their own circumstances before taking any action.
