Rupert Lowe (Non-executive Chairman)
Rupert was previously a Director of LIFFE and Chairman of Southampton Leisure Holdings plc. He is currently Chairman of The Prince’s Trust (South East), and is also Director of Lowe Holdings Limited and Jubilee Insurance Limited. Rupert has gained significant financial services experience with Phillips and Drew (now part of UBS), Deutsche Bank, Barings and Morgan Grenfell. |

Roger Lane-Smith (Non-executive Director)
Roger is non-executive Chairman of JJB Sports. He was Senior Partner and Chairman of DLA Piper Rudnick UK from 1998 to 2005 and was appointed a Senior Consultant to the practice in May 2005. He is also a Non-executive Director of MS International, Dolphin Capital Investors, Timpsons and a number of other non-quoted companies. |

Lord Jonathan Marland (Non-executive Director)
Jonathan was one of the principals involved in building Lloyd Thompson Ltd and a founding board member of Jardine Lloyd Thompson plc. He founded Herriot Ltd and Jubilee (Insurance) Ltd. He is chairman of Janspeed Ltd, director of Hunter Boot Ltd and Insurance Capital Partners LLP, as well as being a non-executive director of Clareville Capital Partners LLP.
Jonathan has a series of charitable interests and commitments. He is chairman and founder of The Sport Nexus, chairman of the Harnham Water Meadows Trust, and trustee of Atlantic Partnership, Guggenheim UK Charitable Trust and Invercauld Estate.
Jonathan is married to Penny, a probation officer, and they have four children.
He was made a life peer in 2006. |

John M F Padovan FCA (Non-executive Director)
John qualified as a Chartered Account with PriceWaterhouse & Co before moving to County Bank, the merchant banking division of National Westminster Group, in 1970. After progressing to Chairman of County Bank, John moved to become Deputy Chairman of Hambros Bank before moving in 1986 to Barclays de Zoete Wedd as Deputy Chairman. John has also been appointed a Director or Chairman of various companies including Tesco, Whitbread, AAH and Findel. |

In his early career Richard worked in two stockbrokers in the corporate finance and research departments. He is a Non-executive Director of Ultimate Finance and Freedom Finance. He is the Group Director responsible for corporate development and is the Executive Chairman of WH Ireland Limited. |

Richard Ford (Chief Executive)
Richard joined WH Ireland from independent Asset Management partnership, Spencer House Capital Management LLP, where he was both Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer. Richard brings a wealth of experience of the international investment management industry, having held a series of senior management positions both in London and overseas. His previous roles include Founding Partner and Managing Partner/Chief Operating Officer of ORN Capital LLP, the London-based Alternative Investment Management platform, Head of Corporate Headquarters for Fidelity International Limited in Bermuda and Head of Group Legal and Compliance for GAM.

Nigel Gurney ACA (Finance Director)
Nigel joined WH Ireland in December 2008 from Spencer House Capital Management LLP, the independent Asset Management partnership founded in 2006. Nigel is a Director of Pamela Butler Limited and was formerly a Partner of Invicta Investment Management LLP, from which he resigned in March 2007. Previously Nigel was interim Head of Finance at Orn Capital LLP, and prior to joining Orn was Finance Director for EMEA and APAC for Ciena Corporation. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993.
