Corporate Broking

Our Corporate Broking department acts as an interface between the market and our corporate clients. As well as responsibilities for raising funds and for maintaining an orderly market in the shares of the underlying corporate client, we also provide support mechanisms, particularly at times when direct communication with the market is required, for example results roadshows.

We believe there is no substitute to being out on the road at every appropriate opportunity telling the story, whether an update to existing an shareholder or meeting new potential holders.

As well as helping clients undertake equity fundraisings at the time of flotation on AIM, we also raise funds for clients in the aftermarket on AIM and the Official List. Fundraisings may take place to assist in our clients’ expansion plans, for additional working capital, to fund acquisitions or repay debt.

The team works closely with our analysts, as our clients research is disseminated to both professional and retail clients alike, as well as the press and other interested parties.

We have a wide institutional client base, as well as a large source of high net worth and retail clients from which we are able to tap into to assist in fund raisings.
