WHI's Corporate Finance department provides corporate finance and broking advice to small and mid cap companies which are active in the UK equity capital markets . Most of our clients are quoted on AIM, however we also act for companies quoted on the Main Market and Plus, in addition to a number of unquoted companies. We have around 60 clients, making us one of the most active advisors on AIM. A significant number of our clients are overseas companies.

• Public and private fundraisings
• Acquisitions and disposals both in the public and private arenas, including Takeover Code transactions

In addition to our London office, we also provide corporate finance and broking services from Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham and Leeds.
