Corporate Share Option Services
This service includes executive options, company share option plans, long-term incentive plans, performance share plans, share incentive plans and save as you earn contracts. We work closely with all the relevant parties to facilitate the exercise and sale of shares from such schemes, in a speedy and efficient manner and in accordance with company procedures.
The benefits of using our services are:
- Deferred financing arrangements for certain types of executive options, allowing the participant to exercise their option without the need to put any money up front
- Calculation and deduction of PAYE income tax, National Insurance contributions or foreign taxes from the sale proceeds, where appropriate
- Sharedealing services, including transfer and sale facility to a spouse, price limit orders and the ability to realise specific capital gains
- Executives/employees have access to a helpline where they can discuss various option exercise strategies and tax implications with an experienced private client stockbroker. Participants also have access to wider financial advice if require
- Immediate dealing at scheme maturity with delivery of shares either in certificate form or electronically through our nominee account
- The availability to employees based globally, with the ability to pay proceeds in foreign currencies to overseas bank accounts
- We can assist the participant in the use of SIPPs and ISAs in relation to employee based shares
