Execution Only Dealing

This service has been designed for the client who does not wish to receive investment advice but is looking for a swift and efficient dealing service.  Using the latest technology, including automated pricing services of the London Stock Exchange and the leading market makers, we offer our clients an effective dealing facility enabling us to operate in almost all of the world’s stock markets. 

Our investment administration aims to maximise the efficiency of our service and, consequently, we can offer you access to our cash management service which will keep your involvement in unnecessary administration to a minimum. 

We will ensure that at all times you will be kept aware of the progress of a particular transaction.  Investment transactions will be dealt with promptly in accordance with “best execution” rules.  You will be responsible for ensuring that we have sufficient cash and the necessary certificates and documentation to complete the transaction on time.  We will be able to provide you with a valuation of your investments made through us, but monitoring your portfolio and maintaining dealing records will remain your responsibility.

Contract notes will be issued covering every stock transaction.  These will show the dates of settlement, detail all costs, charges and either the net proceeds due to you or the total consideration due to us. 

We will not usually issue statements of account covering such events.

Using the latest technology, including the automated pricing services of the London Stock Exchange and the leading market makers, we offer our clients almost all of the worlds stock markets.  Nominee income is credited to your capital deposit account, or deposited to your bank account.
